Product Worlds

It started with the potato

The best potato growing areas in Lower Saxony surround the company’s headquarters.  So it is no wonder that the first good food from Wernsing was made of potatoes. Potato processing still forms the emphasis of our production to this day: Year-on-year, we process several hundreds of thousands of tons of potatoes into french fries,

Well chilled and well packed, in all variations

Our extensive product range leaves nothing to be desired. In order to guarantee the impeccable quality, we always use the optimum storage option for each product. Such as through various chilling levels – from lasting freshness right up to frozen food.

With the packaging sizes, we offer a range that takes all application options into consideration: from portion bags for the end consumer to the ten-litre pack for the catering industry. We have a flexible attitude toward our customers’ requirements.

Diversity and appetising variety for every taste

The times are changing and the demands for good food are changing with them. The Wernsing Food Family is ideally geared up for this. With continuous new development, we serve modern eating habits perfectly, without the enjoyment being lost. “Only the best” – this is our recipe for success, as it is everywhere.

In addition to potato and convenience specialities, focal points in the product portfolio are also delicatessen salads and bread spreads, soups and sauces, dressings and dips, antipasti and tapas products, marinades and seafood items, as well as spices, leaf salads and desserts.
